always fair trade at Mount Hagen and come from 100% controlled organic cultivation. The coffees are planted under shade trees, harvested and sorted by hand. And sun-dried for 5-10 days until they have reached their optimum residual moisture content of approx. 12%. The next processing steps for the Mount Hagen oat cappuccino take place in Hamburg. This is where the flavoursome chocolate espresso meets the oat milk for the creamy foam that turns it into an outrageously delicious, vegan chocolate cappuccino. Simply pour hot, no longer boiling water over 3 heaped coffee spoons and you're done!
