Various secure payment options are available to the customer in our online shop. The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
Payment methods
Depending on the selection, the following payment methods can be offered:
Credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard)
PayPal
Instant bank transfer / Klarna
Prepayment by bank transfer

Payment processing
Depending on the payment method selected, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract or in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider. If payment is made in advance, the invoice amount must be transferred to the account specified in the order confirmation within the specified period.
The dispatch of the goods or the provision of digital content will only take place after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices and taxes
All prices quoted are final prices and include statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process.
Payment service provider
Payments are processed by external, certified payment service providers. The provider does not store any complete payment data. The general terms and conditions and data protection provisions of the respective payment service provider also apply.
Default of payment
If the customer defaults on payment, the provider reserves the right to charge statutory default interest and other costs incurred as a result of the default.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.
Terms of payment
(B2B - EU / non-EU)
1. Scope of application
These terms of payment apply exclusively to contracts with entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), legal entities under public law or special funds under public law (hereinafter "Customer").
2. Payment methods
Depending on the location of the Customer and the order, the following payment methods are available to the Customer:
Credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard)

Instant bank transfer / Klarna
Prepayment by bank transfer
Other payment methods displayed in the order process
The provider reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods.
For non-EU countries, delivery is only possible against prepayment. After receipt of payment, the goods will be packed and dispatched immediately.
3. Due date of payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
If payment is made in advance, the invoice amount must be transferred to the account specified in the order confirmation within the period specified therein. The receipt of payment by the supplier is decisive for timely payment.
4. Delivery and receipt of payment
The delivery of the goods or the provision of digital content shall only take place after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Prices, taxes and customs duties
All prices quoted are net, plus the applicable statutory value added tax, if applicable.
EU customers
In the case of intra-Community deliveries to entrepreneurs, the delivery is exempt from VAT if a valid VAT identification number is provided. Otherwise the statutory VAT will be charged. Please send your trade licence to service@brabido.de with your name, address and company name.
Non-EU customers
Customs duties, import duties or other fees may be incurred for deliveries to non-EU countries. These are to be borne by the customer and paid directly to the relevant authorities.
6. Payment service providers
Payments are processed by external, certified payment service providers. The provider does not store the customer's complete payment data.
The terms and conditions and data protection provisions of the respective payment service provider also apply.
7. Default of payment
If the customer is in default of payment, the provider is entitled to demand default interest at the statutory rate in accordance with Section 288 (2) BGB and a lump sum for default in accordance with Section 288 (5) BGB. Further claims for damages remain unaffected.
8. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until all claims arising from the business relationship have been paid in full.
SHIPPING COSTS
Which shipping companies do we use?
We work with DHL, Hermes, UPS, GLS and TNT to dispatch your orders
together.
DHL has a standard delivery time of max. 5 days in Germany. The last collection journey with DHL takes place at 5 pm. DHL also delivers your parcels on Saturdays.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail, which you can use to track your parcel. You will be informed about the processing status of your order in your customer menu.
Information on calculating the delivery date
The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued and the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the consignment as a whole.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship your order insured with our logistics partner DHL. We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate.
You only pay the shipping costs once, no matter how many items you order.

Is there transport insurance for my order and who pays for any loss?
Every order that leaves our dispatch warehouse is insured. We bear the costs for this, it costs you nothing extra. The transport insurance covers all damage from loss to damage to the goods. If a parcel goes missing, we will send you a refund and take care of the rest.
Is delivery free of charge?
As a rule, our stated delivery costs apply. For orders over 150 euros, we offer free shipping within Germany with DHL. We also offer free shipping during special promotions. You will be informed about these promotions by email if you have subscribed to our newsletter.

What are the shipping costs if I order several items?
The shipping costs always remain the same and are always calculated as a flat rate per order. It doesn't matter how many items you put in one order. You only pay the postage costs once per order.
Can the parcel be delivered at a specific time?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for the transport companies to specify an exact time for delivery and it is also not possible to agree this with the company.
What happens if the parcel is delivered and I am not at home?
If the parcel service provider delivers your parcel and you are not at home, the driver will leave you a notification card. On it you will find further information on whether it will be redelivered or can be collected from a specific
Post office where it can be collected.
