Coffee delicacies: the Peru coffee - a rare single origin from Demeter cultivation. The espresso, brilliantly elegant with chocolate notes, fine fruity acidity and golden crema. And the Arabica coffee: a blend of first-class organic highland Arabica from Papua New Guinea, Honduras and Peru. All three are characterised by their distinctive flavour profile, which makes them the perfect gift for coffee lovers in a stylish black gift box. Suitable for preparation as filter coffee, in a fully automatic machine or in a French press.

Product details.

The coffees in the Mount Hagen gift box are fairly traded and
come 100% from controlled organic or Demeter cultivation. They are grown according to the agroforestry principle in small coffee gardens under shade trees, harvested by hand and hand-picked. After 5-10 days of sun-drying, they have reached the optimum residual moisture content of approx. 12%. The next processing step takes place in Hamburg: roasting. The Mount Hagen organic coffees are gently roasted for at least 12-14 minutes (espresso: darker, 15-16 minutes) at around 200°C in drum roasters and then sealed in aluminium-free aroma protection bags. The special combination of these 3 coffee specialities will delight every lover of great flavours.
