Energy-saving tip: Bake 2 loaves at the same time.

Traditional preparation:
1. Mix the baking mix, yeast and water2. Knead the dough with a mixer for 2 minutes on a low setting and 3 minutes on a high setting3. Cover the dough ball and leave to rise for 30 minutes4. Knead the dough, divide evenly with a dough scraper, shape the rolls and decorate as desired5. Leave to rest on a greased baking tray for 20 minutes6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes

Preparing bread in the bread maker:
Select the white bread programme, add the baking mix, enclosed dry yeast and 350 ml lukewarm water, start
