the pack makes 1 quickly mixed cake with a favourite filling.you add: 250 g soft butter, 4 eggs, favourite filling, e.g. 1 apple, 75 g marzipan or chocolate, 1 tbsp cocoa

Minimum shelf life: 1 year

Preparation:
1. prepare the filling, e.g. peel, core and finely dice the apples2. Beat the butter with a mixer until fluffy3. Add the eggs, then the baking mixture and mix to a smooth batter4. Fold in the filling5. Pour the batter into the greased cake tin and smooth the surface6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approx. 50 minutes

Tips: With the organic baking mix "Favourite cake", you can quickly make a sponge mixture.
The individual addition of other ingredients according to the customer's wishes, e.g. fresh fruit pieces or nuts, makes the cake the favourite cake of every amateur baker.
