Speciality bread with a high rye content and valuable brown millet rich in vital nutrients; naturally vegan
The pack makes 750 g of tasty bread with a high wholemeal content. add: 400 ml lukewarm water, flour for the work surface.
Ingredients baking mix:
RYE WHOLE GRAIN FLOUR* (30 %), RYE FLOUR* (28 %), brown millet flour* (20 %), RYE CROSS-FLAKES* (15 %), RYE DRY SALT* (4.5 %), sea salt
Ingredients dried yeast (packed separately):
Dried baker's yeast, emulsifier E 491

Energy-saving tip: Bake 2 loaves at the same time.
Traditional preparation:
1. Mix the baking mix, yeast and water2. Knead the dough with a mixer for 2 minutes on a low setting and 4 minutes on a high setting3. Cover the dough ball and leave to rest in a bowl for 40 minutes4. Knead the dough, place in the greased loaf tin with wet hands and smooth the surface5. cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes

Select wholemeal programme, add baking mix, enclosed dry yeast and 400 ml lukewarm water, start
